Returns and Cancelations

We are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed, However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase,your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. Please be sure to return your item to us by post or by hand within 14 days of placing your order.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped or if the merchandise is returned to the store. Returned items must be in perfect condition. Please do not remove any tags or packaging. If an item is not in it’s original condition and packaging you will not be eligible for a refund. This excludes faulty items.

Τα επιστραφέντα στοιχεία πρέπει να είναι σε άριστη κατάσταση. Μην αφαιρείτε τυχόν ετικέτες ή συσκευασίες. Αν ένα στοιχείο δεν βρίσκεται στην αρχική του κατάσταση και τη συσκευασία, δεν θα δικαιούστε επιστροφή χρημάτων. Αυτό εξαιρεί ελαττωματικά στοιχεία.
